My Tomorrow web portal and Android application

A unique tool, made to help young people make one of the most important choices in life – choosing a career
path. Users can participate in a test that shows suitable jobs along with successful professionals, career
stages, approximate salary and other information about the particular engagement.

Project goals

To create a system that serves students in the process of choosing a career.
To create a great user experience in order to increase the reach of the app and web portal.
To include and manage a wide range of career choices, fitting to every user.
To engage users with adequate questionnaire about them, in order to correctly determine their prospects
and preferences.

Technologies used:

Home screen/page

Shows what My Tomorrow is and gives direct access to the main functionality – the test. To ensure clarity
the application has a tutorial link, while the webpage has additional info and embedded videos.

Tests

Each question has five possible responds. To improve user experience a progress bar has been added that
shows at what stage the user is when taking the test. The app allows to browse through the questions left or
right, while the web platform uses an update panel which goes through the questions without reloading the
page.
